RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not offer returns, but are happy to exchange your item or issue store credit.

REPAIRS

We guarantee our work and complete repairs at no cost. Send us an email with your order number and repair request, then we will send you a shipping label and estimated return time.

Jewelry Care

All pieces are made from solid metal to last a lifetime. Silver and Bronze will tarnish or oxidize over time, and can be brought back to the original shine with a sunshine polishing cloth. Gold will always be gold.

Opals should stay out of water due to their delicate nature. Ocean water, hot springs and sweat will turn silver and bronze, so just give the pieces a good polish after.

lead-time and shipping options

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location the type of item you order. Usually 10-14 days.

Gold and mixed-metal pieces will take a minimum of 4 weeks as they are made to order.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. We will give you options at checkout .You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
